These Terms of Use govern your use of the Northbound Coffee Co website and the purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. We accept payment via credit card, FPX, and supported eWallets.

Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy. We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia. East Malaysia and international shipping available on request.

Returns

See our Return Policy. Unopened equipment can be returned within 14 days. Coffee, being a perishable consumable, is non-returnable except in cases of defect.

Product information

We make every effort to display product information accurately, including roast dates, tasting notes, and weights. Coffee is an agricultural product, flavour profiles may vary slightly between harvests.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, text, photography, design, the Northbound name and logo, is owned by Northbound Coffee Co Sdn Bhd or its licensors and protected by Malaysian and international copyright law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northbound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes will be heard in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
