Northbound Coffee Co Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "Northbound") respects your privacy. This policy describes what personal information we collect when you visit our website or buy from us, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment details. When you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email. When you visit our website we collect technical data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, via cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfil orders, send order updates, respond to enquiries, and (with your consent) send newsletters and promotions. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Who we share with

We share your information only with service providers strictly necessary for fulfilment, payment processors (Stripe, iPay88), logistics (EasyParcel, DHL eCommerce), email service providers, and only the data they need to do their job. They are contractually bound to protect it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@northbound.coffee. We comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
