Return Policy.

When we'll take it back, and when we won't.

Because coffee is a perishable consumable, our return policy distinguishes between consumables (coffee bags) and durables (brewing equipment and merchandise).

Equipment and merchandise

Unopened equipment and merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping cost). Items must be in original packaging, unused.

Coffee

Coffee is non-returnable in normal circumstances. However, if your coffee arrives damaged, contaminated, or stale beyond reasonable expectations, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund.

Wrong item or missing item

If we shipped the wrong product or your order is missing items, contact us within 7 days. We'll send the right item or refund you for the missing one, no need to return the wrong item unless it's a high-value item we ask back.

How to return

Email returns@northbound.coffee with your order number and reason. We'll send return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.
